Dec. 2009: New Tagline for Concens
For some time we have felt the need for a description of our products in connection with our company name, and we have decided to launch a tagline as part of our logo. The tagline is chosen among many suggestions each highlighting various advantages of the Concens actuators. To keep it simple we decided on “- excellent electric actuators” as we feel that this best describes our products in the shortest possible way.
Dec. 2009: Separate Power Cables for C3 Battery Charger
Concens is introducing a universal charger with various power cables designed for each geographic region:
Battery charger: C3CHAR
Cable with EU power plug: C3MAINS-EU
Cable with US power plug: C3MAINS-US
Cable with UK power plug: C3MAINS-UK
Cable with AUS power plug: C3MAINS-AU
Dec. 2009: New Distributors in UK and Norway
Concens has added new members of our extensive distributor network – this time in Norway and United Kingdom.
United Kingdom: VIPA Ltd
New distributor in United Kingdom is VIPA Ltd., part of a large worldwide automation group established in 1985. Their success is based on the ability of making constant improvements and successfully launching trendsetting technology on the market. Being a true innovator in the automation sector, VIPA has provided solutions meeting highest industrial standards which are in use at many high-profile customers in the world. Norway: Powermec
Powermec Norway is new distributor on the Norwegian market. The Powermec group consist of several companies which already are Concens distributors in Sweden, Finland, and Poland. For more than 20 years Powermec has serviced the Norwegian market with power supplies, electric motors, electro mechanics and now also actuators from Concens. Being part of a company group with deep knowledge of the Concens actuators and the many opportunities with actuator solutions we are confident that Powermec will build up a strong actuator market in Norway. Sep. 2009: New Board Member
Concens A/S are happy to announce that Mike G. Lassen has decided to join the board. Mike has a very comprehensive knowledge about the actuator market working with sales and management for Linak. Among other tasks he has been responsible for building up companies in Ireland and China. After leaving Linak, Mike has established his own business with creative production of signs, posters and dis-play material. His deep knowledge of the industry and management skills will be very valuable for Concens in our plan to expand our business. Other board members of Concens A/S are: Erik Bank Lauridsen - a major shareholder of Concens, and Jørgen Rathschau Sørensen.
