Management Team

The management team of Concens A/S consists of:

• Managing Director - René Lynge
• Sales & Marketing Manager - Martin Fischer
• Key-Account & Support Manager - Peder Jørgensen
• Production Manager - Lars Zachariassen

Board

The board of Concens A/S consists of three experienced business executives:

• Erik Bank Lauridsen (chairman of the board): Erik is the main shareholder and one of the founders of Concens A/S. Erik is involved in many other business activities both at board level and as investor. Erik has an impressive track record from other industries.
• Mike G. Lassen: Mike brings an extensive experience from the actuator industry working with sales and management for one of the largest actuator manufacturers in the world. Among other tasks he has been responsible for building up sales companies in Ireland and China.
• Jørgen Rathschau Sørensen: Jørgen represents one of the main shareholders of Concens A/S, the IAT Group, which offers a wide range of services within shipping and worldwide transport.  Jørgen is CEO of the IAT Group and he has a background within economy and finance.
