Concens deliver in-line electric actuator solutions. The con35 and con50 are versatile in-line electric actuators, with several customization options. Concens have compatible basic and advanced controllers, and these can be controlled by wired or wireless handsets. Rechargeable batteries are available for mobile use. Alternatively, where a control system already exists, this may be used to control the Concens in-line electric actuators.

Made up in general to create effective movement, Concens actuators are made in Denmark with conscious (sustainable) manufacture and design taking consideration on energy consumption among others by the usage of a planetary gear in its design.

Controllers

Concens offer basic in-line electric actuator controllers, which allow electronic control and protect the actuator and the equipment that the actuator is connected to from damage. The basic controllers include a soft-start function with an adjustable acceleration ramp.

Handsets

Handsets for Concens C3 control concept can be designed with 2 - 10 buttons with a variety of positions according to the application and requirements from the customer. Furthermore, layout of printed foil can be customised.
Please note that the handset for model C3CON1X can only be with 2 buttons.
Other handset models are available upon request.

Batteries

Making in-line electric actuators mobile
Concens offer a compatible battery solution for the in-line electric actuators. The rechargeable 24 V DC NiMH battery is easily mounted in the actuator control box (batteries are not available in any ral color – however, chargers are). The solution offers optional IP 65 protection.
