About the job
We are looking for a professionally well-founded Export Manager who, with great drive and commitment, will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of business strategies for international sales via Concens ’15 distributors. The primary task is to increase sales and optimize the relationship / cooperation with the distributors in the individual countries. You will also be responsible for identifying and attracting new, relevant distributors who can strengthen Concens' business.
The tasks for the new Export Manager are many, both at the operational and strategic level. You will be the distributors' closest partner at Concens and absolutely central to the sales and objectives being realized at the distributor level. This requires that you are close to the distributors' business and constantly keep the distributors up to date with the joint action plans and budgets.
The new Export Manager will also participate in the management team at Concens, where the overall strategy is defined in collaboration with the CEO and the other managers in Concens. As a starting point, you will have a base in the office in Esbjerg, but you will of course get a lot of travel activity for the distributors, fairs, etc., so you should expect 70-80 travel days per. years, primarily in Europe.
