We're hiring - Technical Support Engineer (Electrical)
At Concens A/S we are currently looking for a committed Technical Support Engineer who can contribute positively to our daily work centered around our partners and in close cooperation with our sales team. You will become part of an exciting local, Esbjerg-based, German-owned production company with strong ambitions for the future.
We manufacture electric in-line actuators for various segments including industrial automation, the maritime sector, special vehicles, as well as the disability and fitness industry. We are represented in approximately 17 countries through a close distributor network.
You will become a central part of our customers’ everyday operations and the person they contact when things need to work and when explanations must make sense. In this role you combine technical insight with strong service skills and help customers get maximum value from Concens’ high-quality products.
Your daily work will include:
- Delivering high-quality technical support to Concens’ customers
- Strengthening long-term customer relationships through effective problem solving
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges
- Holding online meetings with customers when a case requires clarification
- Ensuring fast and accurate solutions so the customer can move forward
- Passing leads to the sales team when customer needs go beyond support
- Participating in development work both in-house and with external partners
- Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience from a similar role working with technical support or another customer-facing technical role while also contributing to development
- A solid electrical engineering background
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to communicate technical solutions clearly and understandably
- Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and preferably CAD tools within electronics and electrical engineering
Education:
- Electrical technical education such as marine engineer with electrical specialization, electrical installer or electrician.
